Our latest RMA Submission

 

The Government plans to replace the Resource Management Act this year.  NZMOA has lodged a submission on the replacement bills.  The main aim is to raise the profile of the sector. 

We have supported provisions that make the system more enabling and streamlined, and seek changes where needed to improve clarity or reduce risk to the sector.

More work will be in the next phase, when outcomes focused national direction is prepared under the new regime.
