Terms and Conditions
All members of the New Zealand Marina Operators Association agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of membership.

Membership subscription fees are quoted in NZ$ and include GST.

In line with New Zealand tax law, GST is charged on all subscriptions, including those from members outside of New Zealand.

The membership year of NZMOA is 1 July to 30 June.

Membership renewal subscriptions are due from 1 July each year. An invoice for payment will be issued by the NZMOA following the Annual General Meeting (usually September), when subscriptions are set.

Members who no longer wish to retain their membership are required to advise the Society of their resignation/cancellation before the start of the new membership year.

Any member whose annual subscription is more than two months in arrears shall be declared un-financial and will cease to receive the benefits of membership. The association will send a reminder letter and statement to the contact on file.

Members wishing to attend NZMOA events using discounted members’ rate need to have paid their membership subscription prior to registration, otherwise they will be charged at the non-members’ rate, and their attendance will be at the discretion of the NZMOA Executive.

Membership subscriptions are not prorated throughout the year but new members joining in April, May or June of a year will have their membership carried through to 30 June of the following year.

NZMOA reserves the right to refer any outstanding amount to a debt collection agency. Any reasonable recovery costs incurred may be added to the outstanding balance. NZMOA will add a $25 late payment charge to all invoices that remain unpaid. This charge will be added each month that the invoice and charge remains unpaid.

Membership is not transferable.

Members are required to set up and remember their own membership password to access NZMOA services online.
