Membership Application

Congratulations on deciding to become an NZMOA member! We welcome all South Pacific marinas, boatyards and suppliers to the industry. Members enjoy a wide range of benefits including training opportunities, events, knowledge sharing, support and access to resources.

Your Application

NZMOA offers two membership categories:  


1. Associate members who are suppliers of and supporters to the industry: $450 + GST a year


2. Full members including marina and boatyard operators and dry stacks: $500 per member, plus 50c per berth, drystack or storage space, after 200 berths + GST a year

 

  • Applications are considered at monthly executive meetings who may have further questions or may contact your nominators for more information.

  • Membership fees are set by members at the Annual General Meeting, which is held each year in September. 

  • You will be invoiced for membership once your application is approved. Full payment of the invoice will confirm your membership. 

  • Membership automatically rolls over each year. If you wish to cancel your membership please advise NZMOA in writing.

Section 2: Nominations

Every application should be accompanied by details of a member who has agreed to propose and second your membership.


You will need to upload written evidence of this support in the form of a signed letter from your proposer and seconder where they confirm they are supporting your nomination, and explain why. (This can be a PDF of an email.)


Please provide name of member organisation, contact and email address for each.

Section 3: Declaration

If accepted as a member of NZMOA, I / WE agree to be bound by the rules of the Association and by any amendments made thereto and to pay any subscription fees or levies as the Association shall from time to time determine. I / WE agree to support the aim and object of the Association. I / WE declare that all information contained herein is true and correct.


I / WE further acknowledge that:


  • The NZMOA is collecting this information to enable it to process my/our application and for its records

  • From time to time the NZMOA may release the information supplied in this application to the general public

  • Failure to provide complete or accurate information may result in my/our application being declined, or membership subsequently being revoked

  • I/we are entitled to access this information at any time, with the right to correct the information if necessary

Section 4: Supplier Directory

(Associate applications only - Marinas and Boatyards can skip this section)
