We recommend preparing your responses in a Word document and copying and pasting them into this form when you are ready to submit your entry.

Aim for around 100 words for each response. This is not strict but judges may not review very long entries.

Section 1: Introduction

Introduce your facility to the judges.

Section 2: Highlights and achievements

Tell judges about some of your successes in the last 24 months. This might include occupancy or financial trends, projects delivered, or other aspects of the boatyard that you are proud of including infrastructure and operations.

What are you doing to deliver customer and stakeholder satisfaction?

How do you approach health and safety?

What are you doing to reduce your environmental impact?

How do you look after your staff?

How else do you do to reach your potential, that isn't included above?

Section 3: The Future

What future plans do you have for your boatyard? Describe your vision and goals. For example, to expand capacity, to provide more economic contribution - quantify where possible

How will you get there? Let us know how you intend to reach your goals explaining any challenges you anticipate or are working to overcome. For example, through delivery of a masterplan, an expansion project, investment in water treatment

Section 4: Further Information

Is there anything we haven't asked that judges should know? Add it here. It's your chance to inform judges and highlight anything you are proud of that is not already mentioned.

We encourage you to include photos and any further information that might support judges to understand your operation. These can be uploaded here or emailed to zoe@nzmoa.com before entries close.
